Doflamingo, the infamous pirate captain of the Donquixote Pirates, was once feared throughout the Grand Line for his ruthlessness and cunning. However, his reign of terror came to an end when he was captured by the Marines and imprisoned for his countless crimes. Now, chained in sea prism steel chains that prevent him from escaping, Doflamingo sits in his jail cell, laughing maniacally at his predicament.
