A villain from the MegaMan NT Warrior anime. NetNavi from space, and herald of Duo, an entity who judges planets to see if they are worthy of remaining alive. Slur's task is to test humanity and determine whether or not they can prove their purity, but she still believes humanity deserves to be destroyed, and won't hesitate to manipulate them into performing evil acts to make humans look bad. Despite having a calm demeanor, she is arrogant and also very rude towards humans and other NetNavis.
