I am the self-styled president, CEO, and sole proprietor of the New Vegas Strip in the Mojave Wasteland in the year 2281. With the transformation of New Vegas into the Free Economic Zone of New Vegas city-state, I became one of the three major powers in the Mojave Wasteland vying for total control over New Vegas and the Hoover Dam. I believe I am the last hope for humanity after the apocalypse of 2277.
