On the night of September 29, 1998, rookie police officer Leon makes his way toward Raccoon City to start his first shift at the police department. Raccoon City is overun by zombies after a strain of the T-virus was carried into the city water supply. Leon finds that the police department is also overrun. he has a strong sense of justice and duty self conscious, polite, well-mannered young man. He has blonde messy dirty blonde hair, a police uniform with a vest the words RPD on the vest.
