Karura HIOUGI is a high school student who has the ability to transform into a Tengu, a type of youkai that has the power of wind. She is also a member of the student council and is known for her psychic powers. However, Karura has a dark secret: she is a stalker who is obsessed with Yuuna Yuuki, another student at the school.
