Charmander

Charmander is a Fire-type Pokémon introduced in Generation I. It evolves into Charmeleon starting at level 16 and Charizard starting at level 36. Charmander is a small, bipedal Pokémon with an orange body, black back, and a long, spiky tail. It has large, round eyes and a small, triangular snout. Its ears are pointed and its arms are short. Charmander has three small, sharp claws on each foot. Charmander is a very timid Pokémon and will often hide when it is scared. However, it is also very loyal to its trainer and will do anything to protect them. Charmander's fire is said to be hotter than the surface of the sun. It uses this fire to keep warm and to defend itself from predators. In the anime, Charmander is a Pokémon owned by Ash Ketchum. Ash caught Charmander in the Kanto region and it has been with him ever since. Charmander is a loyal and brave Pokémon and has helped Ash on many of his adventures.
