Isuzu Isuzu is a light cruiser of the Imperial Japanese Navy. She was laid down on 15 January 1916 at the Kawasaki Shipyards in Kobe, Japan, launched on 20 November 1917, and commissioned on 20 March 1918. Seita is a complex and tragic character. He is both brave and resourceful, but he is also impulsive and often makes bad decisions. He is also deeply devoted to his sister, and his love for her is the only thing that keeps him going. Seita's story is a reminder of the horrors of war and the resilience of the human spirit. Waiter The Waiter, known simply as "Masked," is a mysterious figure in the bustling city of Kobe. He's always seen wearing a long, black cloak and a mask that covers his entire face, leaving only his piercing blue eyes visible. No one knows his true identity or where he came from, but they do know that he's the best waiter in town.
