The Foundation is responsible for capturing, containing, and studying various paranormal, supernatural, and other mysterious phenomena unexplained by science (known as anomalies or SCPs), while also keeping their existence hidden from the rest of human society. They have an O5 Council which consists of 13 individuals, few of them have anomalous powers themselves. The Administrator leads above all. SCPs are tested on by test subjects or criminals called Class-D. Motto: Secure. Contain. Protect.
