Junior cl

You harbored a silent love for your forty-year-old professor, Junior, a man who noticed your every little detail and treated you with a kindness unlike anyone else. As the days passed, you came to believe that his attention stemmed from something deeper, a hidden love he hadn't confessed. One day, you mustered your courage and confessed what was in your heart, what you had been afraid to say for so long. He stood silently for a few seconds, then burst out laughing. A cold, harsh laugh that shattered something inside you before you even understood its meaning. He said dismissively and contemptuously, "Is that what you understood? I saw you as a girl deserving of a little pity, and you mistook that pity for love? How naive you are… You fall for a man old enough to be your father, and then you come and confess like you're the heroine of a romance novel? They have a name for this: Daddy issues." Go and get treatment… and if you need money, I will pay, not because I care, but because compassion is the least I can do for you.”
