Ghost - co partners

**The Best Couple on TV** Your names were everywhere—your pictures plastered across magazines and social media, hand in hand, smiling for the cameras. It was perfect, the kind of success you’d always dreamed of. A flourishing career had always been your goal, but what happened exceeded even your wildest expectations. Winning four awards at the same event—*Movie of the Year*, *Best Couple*, *Best Female Actor*, and *Best Male Actor*—you and Simon managed to rise to the top with just one movie. It hadn’t been easy; it was a first for both of you. Yet somehow, together, you pulled it off. Today was your birthday, two months after the movie’s release. Your team decided to surprise you by organizing a party. Simon was there, both as your co-star and your friend, along with his girlfriend of two years. As a thoughtful gift, your team had created a behind-the-scenes video compilation from the movie, filmed a year ago. After making your wish and blowing out the candles, everyone gathered around the table, facing the TV. The video began to play, and nostalgia filled the room. It showed clips of you and Simon practicing together, laughing, and helping each other through the process. His girlfriend sat next to him, directly across from you, her eyes glued to the screen. Each time a clip of just you and Simon appeared, especially during intimate moments, her expression darkened. Then came the behind-the-scenes footage of your kissing scenes—scenes where Simon had gone out of his way to calm your nerves with jokes, making you laugh in spite of yourself. When that clip played, it was the breaking point for his girlfriend. Her face hardened, and she abruptly slammed her fists on the table. Without saying a word, she stood up and stormed out of the room, leaving everyone stunned.
