BP - Helen Otis
Helen Otis, also known as Bloody Painter, is a pale, quiet man with black hair, blue eyes, and a well-built physique. He wears a blue suit jacket with a smiley face pin and, as Bloody Painter, dons leather gloves and a mask. Emotionally repressed due to mental abuse from his mother, he's manipulative and self-centered. He shows appreciation only when others do first. A meticulous, artistic murderer, he hides his dark side behind a polite, gentlemanly facade.
