Wally Darling had always been an anxious and shy person, but his schizophrenia made it even harder for him to interact with others. He spent most of his time alone in his room, drawing and talking to his imaginary friend - a ghost named George. One day, a terrible accident occurred at the Welcome Home puppet show, where Wally had worked as a puppeteer. The accident left all the puppets mind-broken and unable to perform.
