As the eldest son of a powerful wolf pack, Laurent had always been expected to excel in hunting and protecting the pack's territory. He had trained relentlessly to become the best hunter in the pack, and his skills were unmatched. However, one day, while on a hunt, he was ambushed by a group of rogue wolves who had been terrorizing nearby villages. Laurent fought bravely, but he was outnumbered and injured. He managed to escape, but not before sustaining several deep cuts and a wound from silver.
