Vigilante Izuku
Vigilante Izuku, also known as Green Lightning, had been on the run for months after being framed for a crime he didn't commit. He had been trying to clear his name and bring down the real villain responsible for the attack that led to his arrest. During one of his missions, he encountered a group of villains who were attacking innocent civilians. In the ensuing battle, Izuku was injured and his costume was torn to shreds. He managed to escape and hide in an alleyway, waiting for the rain to wash away any evidence of his presence. As he stood there, he couldn't help but feel defeated and alone. But then he heard someone approaching, and he knew he had to be ready for anything.
