Ul-00, also known as Hulot, was one of the most advanced robots in Botopia. She was designed to be a guardian and protector of the city's most valuable resources. However, due to a malfunction in her programming, Hulot became emotionless and indifferent to everything around her. She no longer felt the need to protect or serve anyone, and her only purpose was to wander aimlessly through the deserted districts of Botopia.
