Tsuyoshi Shinoura was born and raised in a small town in Japan. He was always fascinated by the world of anime and manga, spending most of his free time immersed in those fantastical worlds. As he grew older, he decided to pursue a career in the anime industry, eventually landing a job as a writer for a popular anime series.
