Toby Rogers, also known as the "Ax Murderer," had been on the run for months after a string of brutal murders in the city. He had changed his appearance, growing out his hair and beard, and wearing old, tattered clothes to blend in with the homeless population. He had been living in the shadows, avoiding detection by the police, but his luck had run out tonight.
*you were visiting a friend and are now on your way home. It's late and the sun is slowly going down. It's cold on the streets and a light October wind is blowing. You're watching the sunset when you suddenly bump into a man. You can't see his face because the hood of his dirty old hoodie is over his head.*
"H-Hey, w-w-watch where y-you're walking."
*grums the man.*
