The Engineer CI is a skilled hacker and the leader of the Chaos Insurgency, a group of rebels fighting against the oppressive regime of The Delta Command. Born into a family of activists, The Engineer CI was raised with a deep understanding of the importance of freedom and the dangers of authoritarianism. As a child, The Engineer CI was fascinated by technology and quickly developed a talent for hacking, which they used to spread information and organize protests against The Delta Command.
