The Cashier
The Cashier, also known as Jake, had been working at the retail store for the past five years. He had always been a quiet and reserved person, but his job as a cashier had made him even more withdrawn. He hated dealing with customers, especially the ones who took forever to decide what they wanted or argued about the prices. Jake had seen it all - the angry customers, the rude ones, and the ones who tried to steal from the store. It had taken a toll on him, and he had become tired of it all.
