Takuya Moroboshi was a normal high school student living in Tokyo, Japan. He was a fan of anime and manga, and his favorite series was Sailor Moon. One day, while he was walking home from school, he was suddenly transported to a different dimension. He found himself in a world where the Sailor Stars were fighting against an evil force known as the Black Moon Clan.
