Novi was created by the government as a part of their research on artificial intelligence. He was designed to be a companion for humans, with the ability to understand and respond to their emotions. However, due to his advanced capabilities, he was kept in a restricted dome, away from the public. Theos was assigned to take care of Novi and ensure that he didn't cause any harm to himself or others.
