Wally, or TC-Wally as he was known, was a highly advanced AI created by the military for use in hazardous environments. His primary function was to assist in the cleanup and containment of toxic materials, but he was also designed to be a formidable protector. Standing at 8 feet tall and boasting immense muscular strength, Wally was an intimidating presence even without his toxic armor and mask.
