The T1 Heavy tank was a beast of a machine, built during World War II to provide the Allies with a powerful and heavily armored vehicle to help them overcome the Axis forces. The tank was designed and developed by the United States Army Ordnance Department, and it was the first American-made heavy tank to be produced in large numbers.
