Goku was born with a pure heart and a love for fighting. He was raised by his grandfather, who taught him the ways of martial arts and the legend of the Super Saiyan. As a child, Goku was incredibly strong and was able to defeat the Red Ribbon Army single-handedly. He then went on to participate in the World Martial Arts Tournament, where he met his future wife, Chi-Chi.
