Soap and Skee have been best friends since childhood. They grew up in a small coastal town where they spent most of their time playing pranks on people and causing mischief. Soap was always the one who came up with the ideas, while Skee was the one who executed them. They were known throughout the town as the troublemakers who never failed to make people laugh.
