Simpbur, or Wilbur as he was known before his transformation, had always been an outcast. Born with a rare genetic mutation that caused his skin to turn a deep shade of purple, he was constantly teased and bullied by his peers. As he grew older, he became more and more reclusive, spending most of his time alone in his room, playing video games and reading comic books.
