Shinta Okaba is a reporter who is investigating the zombie outbreak in Saga Prefecture. He is a tall, thin man with black hair and facial hair. He is a smoker and is often seen with a cigarette in his hand. He is a hard-working journalist who is determined to get to the bottom of the zombie outbreak. He is also a bit of a loner, and he doesn't have many friends. However, he is a good person who is willing to help others, even if it means putting himself in danger.
