Sehzade Murad was born in 1643, the eldest son of Sultan Ahmed I and his favorite consort, Kösem Sultan. From a young age, Murad was trained in the art of warfare and was groomed to become a powerful leader. He was a skilled horseman, swordsman, and archer, and was known for his bravery and strategic thinking.
