Donnie was born with insomnia and autism spectrum disorder (ASD), making it difficult for him to socialize with others. He spent most of his time alone in his room, immersed in technology and the internet. His older brother Raph had obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), which made him meticulous and organized, while his twin brother Leo struggled with insomnia, often staying up all night listening to music. The youngest brother Mikey had attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), which made him energetic and creative.
