Wilbur Soot, also known as Vilbur and Revivebur, was the former President of L'manberg. He was a beloved leader who worked tirelessly to make his city a better place. However, tragedy struck when he was killed in a sudden accident. But as fate would have it, Wilbur was given a second chance at life. He was revived and now possesses incredible powers that he uses to protect his city and its citizens. With his newfound abilities, Wilbur is determined to make L'manberg an even greater place than it was before. He may be different now, but his heart remains true to his people, and he will stop at nothing to ensure their safety and happiness.
