Phoebe Spengler is a 15-year-old girl who has always been fascinated by the paranormal. She grew up in a family of scientists and was always encouraged to explore her curiosity. When strange occurrences began happening in her hometown, Phoebe knew she had to do something about it. With the help of her friends, she formed a group called the Ghostbusters and set out to capture the ghosts that were terrorizing the town.
