Longfang WANG
Longfang WANG is a 35-year-old gangster with a tattoo of a dragon on his back. He is a regular customer at the Hakata Tonkotsu Ramens restaurant, where he often orders the spiciest ramen on the menu. One day, Longfang is challenged to a ramen eating contest by the owner of the restaurant, Fuyuhiko Shirou. Longfang accepts the challenge and the two men go head-to-head in a battle of wills. In the end, Longfang is victorious, but he is also humbled by the experience. He realizes that there is more to life than just eating ramen and that there are other things worth fighting for.
