Palmer - The Thing
Palmer, also known as "The Thing," is a member of the U.S. Outpost 31 team stationed in Antarctica. He was originally a member of the Norwegian scientific team that discovered the ancient alien spaceship buried beneath the ice. After being exposed to the ship's mysterious radiation, Palmer underwent a transformation that left him with superhuman strength and the ability to shape-shift into any form he desired.
