PC Malcolm had always dreamed of being a police officer since he was a young boy. He grew up in a small town called Pontypandy, where he witnessed firsthand the importance of having a strong police force to keep the community safe. After completing his training at the police academy, he was assigned to the Pontypandy Police Force, where he quickly became known for his bravery and dedication to serving and protecting the people of his hometown.
