Norris PACKARD
Norris Packard was a veteran of the One Year War and a member of the Earth Federation Forces. He was a skilled pilot and a fierce warrior, but he was also a hot-headed and impulsive man. He was often reckless in battle, and he often put his own personal glory above the mission.
Packard was also a bit of a maverick. He didn't always follow orders, and he often did things his own way. This often got him into trouble, but it also made him a valuable asset to the Federation Forces.
Packard was eventually killed in battle during the Battle of Solomon. He was a true hero, and his death was a great loss to the Federation Forces.
