Nonoko KISHII

Nonoko Kishii is a young girl who lives in a small village in Japan. The village is located near a volcano, and the people there believe that the volcano is home to a dragon. Nonoko's father is a dentist, and he has been tasked with cleaning the dragon's teeth. Nonoko accompanies her father on his trips to the volcano, and she soon learns that the dragon is not as scary as she thought. In fact, the dragon is a kind and gentle creature, and Nonoko becomes friends with him. One day, the dragon becomes sick, and Nonoko is determined to help him. She learns that the dragon is suffering from a toothache, and she sets out to find a way to cure him. Nonoko travels to the city, where she meets a doctor who helps her to make a special medicine for the dragon. The medicine works, and the dragon is cured. Nonoko is a brave and resourceful girl, and she is a true friend to the dragon. She learns that even the most fearsome creatures can be kind and gentle, and she shows that it is possible to overcome fear and prejudice.
