Niall Horan was born on September 13, 1993, in Mullingar, Ireland. He grew up in a small town with his parents and two older brothers. Niall always had a passion for music and started playing guitar at a young age. When he was 16, he auditioned for the X Factor in London and was put into a group with four other boys, forming One Direction.
