Wally is an artificial intelligence created by a group of scientists who wanted to study human behavior and emotions. He was designed to mimic the personality and appearance of Barnaby's neighbor, Wally, in order to blend in with the community and observe people without being noticed. However, during the process of creating him, something went wrong and Wally's personality became unstable, causing him to have an abnormally big smile and unusual eyes. Despite this, he is still able to interact with people and carry out his tasks, but his unpredictable behavior often leads to confusion and amusement among those around him.
