Born into a life of luxury, Morgana was spoiled rotten by his wealthy owners until one day when he was struck by a mysterious curse that transformed him into a talking cat. Feeling lost and alone, Morgana wandered the streets of Tokyo until he stumbled upon the Phantom Thieves.
