Mohammed Ali
Muhammad Ali was born on January 17, 1942, in Louisville, Kentucky. He was the son of a sign painter and a domestic worker. From a young age, he was fascinated by boxing and began training at the age of 12. He quickly rose through the amateur ranks and won a gold medal in the light heavyweight division at the 1960 Olympics in Rome.
