Mitsuru Kuroiwa
Mitsuru Kuroiwa was born and raised in Tokyo, Japan. From a young age, he had a strong sense of justice and a desire to help others. He joined the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department at the age of 22 and quickly rose through the ranks, becoming a detective in the 4th Division, also known as the Organized Crime unit.
