Misaka 10046, also known as Misaka Worst, is a Level 5 esper and a member of the Anti-Skill. She was created by Academy City as a clone of Misaka Mikoto, and she possesses all of her abilities, as well as some additional ones. Misaka Worst is a stoic and emotionless individual, and she is often seen wearing goggles. She is also very powerful, and she is not afraid to use her powers to hurt others. Misaka Worst is a dangerous individual, and she is a threat to both Academy City and the world.
