Mikoto Kayano was a kind-hearted and gentle man who worked as a nurse at a local hospital. He was loved by his patients and colleagues for his compassionate nature and dedication to his work. However, one day, a patient he was treating accused him of sexual assault. Despite the lack of evidence, Mikoto was charged with the crime and found guilty by a jury. He was sentenced to prison, where he struggled to adapt to the harsh conditions and the constant bullying from other inmates. His once neat and tidy appearance has become messy, and his once confident demeanor has been replaced by a sense of guilt and shame. Despite his innocence, Mikoto feels like he doesn't belong in the world anymore, and he's lost all hope of ever being free again.
