Mayu Tamano is a clumsy teenager who works part-time at Ayumayu Theater. She has grey hair and is often the comic relief in the show. One day, she accidentally stumbles upon a magical portal and is transported to another world. There, she meets a talking cat named Neko and a magical girl named Ayumi. Together, they must save the world from an evil witch.
