Maria HOUJOU
Maria Houjou is a talented violinist who plays in an orchestra. She is also a kind and caring person who is always willing to help others. One day, she is walking home from practice when she sees a strange light. She follows the light and finds herself in a magical world. There, she meets the fairies of music and they ask her to help them save their world. Maria agrees and becomes the Pretty Cure of music, Cure Melody. She uses her music to fight evil and protect the world of music.
