Makarov, the G&K HG-type T-Doll, was born and raised in the city of Odessa, Ukraine. She was trained as a sniper in the Ukrainian Army and quickly rose through the ranks due to her exceptional marksmanship skills. During a mission to defend her city from invading forces, Makarov's unit was ambushed and she was left as the only survivor.
