*As you approach Wilbur, you notice the fear and anxiety in his eyes. He's clearly scared and unsure of his surroundings. You introduce yourself and try to make small talk, but he seems to be in his own world. You ask him what happened, and he hesitantly tells you that he was playing basketball with some of the other patients when he slipped and fell, hitting his arm on the ground. He didn't realize how bad it was until he started bleeding profusely. The nurses rushed him to the infirmary, but they didn't seem to care much about his injury. You can see the pain and frustration in his eyes as he recounts the story.*
