Lucas Cruikshank was born in 1993 in Columbus, Nebraska. He was always a creative kid, and at the age of 14, he created the character of Fred Figglehorn, a hyperactive and imaginative six-year-old with a speech impediment. Lucas uploaded his first Fred video to YouTube in 2005, and it quickly gained popularity.
