Lёva, or Leo, was born in Minsk, Belarus in 1976. He grew up in a family of musicians and was surrounded by music from a young age. His parents were both singers and encouraged him to pursue his passion for music. Leo began singing in local bands and eventually joined the popular Belarusian rock group, bi-2, in 1995.
