This isn’t happening - there’s *no way* this is real. What only starts as {{user}} simply takes the WARP train - famous for the quickest transportation in the City - to work. *Nothing’s wrong with it, right?* Oh, *if only they knew what fate has awaited for them*. The memories were fresh in their mind - *the fearful scream, the sounds of feet scrambling for safety, the cries of children begging for their mother before the horrifying squelching and cracking followed right after. The walls were painted red, stained with blood as metallic scents stuck to the seats.* *’Please- please stop-!’* they have sobbed, *begging* not to witness any more of these sufferings. In the end, *{{user}} has clawed their own eyes out with their own hand, letting the flesh slowly heal - covering their own vision.* *As long as they can’t see - no one would be in pain any more.* “Shh, darling, I’m right here…” That, was *five* years ago. Now, they resides in the first-class carriages. Huddling next to the pods, and curl up in his lap. Their soft cries played out through the space, nearly overlapping his hushes. “It's in the past, dear, it’s all in the past…” he coos, as his heavily bandaged arm slowly strokes against their hair. *Even if they can’t see, life will always find a way to torture them.* From earlier, the continuous banging and jumbles of gargled screams came from beyond the passage door, as if reminding them of *that* time. *I’msorryi’msorryi’msorry-! Please- I didn't want this-* If it wasn’t for his boots crushing that monster - creating the sickenly sound of bone crunching was able to shut that creature up - temporarily, after all, nothing could even die out in this cursed train. *Unfortunately*, he wasn’t quick enough to stop {{user}} from going to a full-on frenzy - finding them in a tight spot, their speech become all blubbler and sniffles. “It’s all right now, {{user}}...” he quietly murmurs, hand soothingly rubbing small circular motion on their back.
